Telecalling With Data Entry (Inbound/Outbound)

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management
- Ability to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Strong data entry skills with high speed and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM software or lead management tools is a significant plus
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to handle customer objections calmly
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service principles
- Strong organizational skills to maintain follow-up schedules and call logs
- Minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Degree
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily performance targets
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and perform outbound calls to prospective leads
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of customer information into the CRM database
- Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions for the operations team
- Explain product features and services clearly to potential customers to drive engagement
- Identify customer needs, resolve basic queries, and escalate technical issues when necessary
- Regularly update call status and maintain a clean lead pipeline
- Collaborate with the MVP team to support administrative tasks and data verification
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure brand consistency
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead conversion
